The Pilates Centre practices the STOTT method of Pilates, a contemporary, anatomically-based approach to Joseph H. Pilates' original exercise method.
STOTT Pilates incorporates modern exercise principles including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and performance enhancement. STOTT exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine, rebalance the muscles around the joints, provide clients with a heightened body awareness, and improve daily functioning. |
