Due to the nature of STOTT Pilates, you can stay at one level, without becoming bored, for as long as necessary, to develop strength to progress to the next level. | Level 1 (Essential) |
| Introductory level class for those new to STOTT Pilates and introduces the foundation of the STOTT program. |

| Level 2 (Essential Plus) |
| Builds on the material introduced in Level 1, with a focus on completing Essential level work and establishing confidence and flow in execution. |
| |
| Level 3 (PowerMat) |
For those who have learned the complete Essential level repertoire. Works on increasing confidence and execution of all Essential level exercises.
Participants can confidently execute all Essential level exercises and are ready to increase pace and incorporate small equipment (stability balls, foam rollers, fitness circles, flexbands, overballs, toning balls) for a more challenging workout that will build strength in preparation for Intermediate exercises. |

| Level 4 (Introduction to Intermediate) |
| For those participants who have been performing Level 3 classes and are looking for the additional challenge of incorporating some Intermediate moves into their workout. |

| Level 5 (Intermediate) |
| Completes the Intermediate syllabus, develops flow and pace, and prepares for the introduction of Advanced exercises. |

| Level 6 (Intro to Advanced) |
| A very challenging workout that covers the full repertoire of Intermediate work with a focus on teaching the Advanced syllabus. The pace is considerably faster to develop strength and coordination. Please consult with one of our qualified trainers to assess readiness. |

| For Every Woman, All Ages, All Fitness Levels! Our students are from all age groups, body shapes and fitness levels. Students range in age from 20 to 60+, each progressing at their own pace with some ladies choosing to repeat levels before moving on to the next. All of our classes offer a balanced full body workout and are taught by Aradia Fitness Certified Instructors. Our Level 1 – 8 classes run once a week in a 8 week interval. |

| Level 1 (Introduction to Pole Dancing and Sensual Movement For Fitness) |
| Participants gain a solid foundation of pole work and sensual movement transforming the mind and body, in preparation for more advanced levels. These classes are sexy, lively and fun! Includes both a pole and floor routine...be prepared to meet your sexy side! |

| Level 2 |
We perfect the moves from Level 1 and teach you a whole new set of exciting moves. You learn yet another fun and sexy pole and floor routine. In this class we bring rhythm, choreography, and a positive attitude to your level 1 and 2 pole moves. We get you all fired up with a warm-up designed to loosen up your body and get your attitude flowing. You'll strut your way out of this class feeling confident with your level 1 and 2 pole moves. You will have developed the upper body strength needed to take on level 3. |

| Level 3 |
| By the time you reach Level 3, you are feeling powerful, strong and sexy! Pull out your high heels and boots (if you want, it's not mandatory) as we kick it up a notch! Sensual floor work continues to advance so that participants are challenged with new moves as you learn to walk and dance in heels and boots. |

| Level 4 |
| If you haven't already, you will be ready to start flipping upside down on the pole and learning some Intermediate pole tricks. Your rhythm, balance, strength and flexibility will all start to tie in together. |

| Level 5 |
| This is where we start to perfect your techniques, offer challenging pole spins and moves and continue to work on your flow, balance, flexibility, rhythm and strength as you start to develop your own style. You're having an amazing workout, you feel euphoric and are really experiencing the 'dancer's high'! |

| Level 6 |
| We start combining moves, creating greater flow and sophistication to your pole routine. Be preapred to challenge yourself! |

| Level 7 |
Still coming back for more? Advanced pole work for the truly dedicated! New floor moves to keep it sexy and fluid. Expect to repeat Level 7 moves as they will challenge your skills! |

| Aradia Poleflow 1: (For clients Level 3+) |
Where everyone has their own pole and everything you've learned comes together in one fun, flowing, sexy dance workout with the pole! Incorporating floor and pole moves into dance routines, you'll be dancing with the pole and flowing from the floor to the pole including a warm-up, cool down, stretching and some technical hints. Prerequisite for PoleFlow Beginner is completion of at least level 3. There will be a maximum of 4 students. |

| Get Ready For Your Routine |
| Intro for those who want to learn how to put a show together, build a routine and make it flow. Prerequisite is completion of Level 4 (or Level 3 feeling very confident) and can be taken alongside Level 4/5. |
